So I was in Vegas for a conference and decided to hit up the Rhino after attending several sponsor parties. As always call for a limo. There is NO reason to waste money on a cab and a high cover. All you have to do is tip the guy 15-20 bucks. As others said, you enter through the back which means you don't get accosted by dancers as you enter the club.

The club is clean and has one main stage with two smaller satellite stages. The limo driver told me it was their 15th anniversary so the club definitely had a party vibe for a Wednesday night. There were very few places to sit but I found a spot near the main stage. I would say only a few girls gave a great stage show with the majority going through the motions. The songs are not cut short like other clubs. Don't use the ATM as there is a super high fee.

The quality of girls was amazing as always. There arent 10s everywhere but a fair amount of 9s and 8s. The ugliest girl was probably a 6 but that was the exception. A good mix of races, body types, and personalities. The girls had naturals and boltons. (BE WARNED: This place is full of sharks looking for newbie PLs who don't know the game. You WILL be separated from your money if you think with your little head) All of the girls I talked to had little to no chitchat before asking for a dance or VIP.
