Follies is an Atlanta institution. The main attraction is the girls. They deliver with high contact dances for $10 per song. They are not as pretty as girls at other clubs, but their heart is in their work. A combination of whites, blacks, and Hispanics during day shift. The club changes at night and becomes mostly black.

Follies is in pretty shitty shape due to all the people that go through the club 7 days a week, so if never gets a proper cleaning. The setup is a big bar in the middle with a stage on either side of the bar. The girls do the normal three song rotation. Periodically they do a two dance and drink special for $20 which is a good deal. The bartenders and servers are all female and pretty nice. Sitting at the bar is not a bad option for newcomer to get lay of the place and check out the girls on the stages. There is low table seating which the locals hate, but I like as get better dances from shorter girls. The locals prefer the high top tables scattered around the edges of the club. These fill up fast. The other option is the couches of the left side of the club, which are usually used for dances and guys rarely sit there long unless they are getting dances. The couches are best place to get good dances.

Recently Follies has been a crap shot. This visit had fewer girls than normal and most seemed to be lackluster. One new dancer tried to rip me off on the number of dances, but I am regular and know all the bouncers and she backed down. Actually the bouncers are all great guys and if you have any problem just talk to them. In fact the best bouncers in the city.
