I don't know where to start...

I don't know where to start with this place. First of all, it's a bikini bar that doesn't offer lap dances. I've never encountered that. Even in Idaho and Montana they offer lap dances. How does this business model succeed? I was dropped off by a cab and after fifteen minutes I called the cabby to come pick me back up and take me back to City Center in Virginia Beach.

There's some sort of cage dancers can be hired to dance in, but... come on? Seriously? The place was obviously locked down by regulars on a Monday night (poor souls) and the dancers just didn't seem to give a damn about anyone else: why would they? There was nothing to negotiate with. Anyway, the caper of the night was when I ordered a Jack and Diet and the bartender thought I wasn't looking and she poured me a Diet from the gun. Seriously? She thought I wouldn't notice? When I called her on it, however, she made it right and gave me a good pour. Sigh... skip it. Someone obviously spent a lot of time on the decor for such a small place but without the essentials of a club (deshabille) and shady staff, and also being in the middle of nowhere, pass on. I may try Minx this weekend. At least I heard they offer lap dances... The girls that were on stage were attractive and very cordial: which adds to the frustrations above. Shame.
