Two visits to the Criket, one...

Two visits to the Criket, one a few nights ago on a Wednesday night and most recently on a Friday afternoon. I wanted to check out day and night shifts to make a fair contribution since if I said it was really good on the first visit I couldn't report again for a month.

My first impression is it is a very nice club. Not overly upscale to where it is snooty, but not comfortable like an old ratty shirt like a couple other favorites in the area. I like the physical club itself. The main bar area is as described; one long stage the length of the room with booths on the wall opposite the bar and against the back wall. They are reserved. I didn't ask what it took to reserve one, but they appear comfortable and the girls tend to hover with those patrons. No biggie if you just want to relax and watch pretty nearly naked girls. The chairs at the tables are pretty comfortable, not great but lots better than any of the Hamilton clubs. The beers are 7.50, no valet charge in a parking lot surrounded by a chain link fence. No cover in the daytime, 5 bux at the shift change around 7;00pm.

At night they had about 12 dancers or so, and most were very lovely. A few too skinny, but some who were truly qualified to work at a topless club. Not a lot of stage tipping was going on. I tipped a few girls after their sets when they walked by and told them I liked their show. They seem to want to entertain with their dances rather than the standard walk around and butt shake. Nice touch.
