I live in Miami but was visiting Detroit for a few days for a SC vacation and hit a few clubs.

I visited KH8 on my last night in the D on Su 7/20/14 and arrived at the club around 11:30 pm. Free parking in a decent sized lot (although the lot was a bit dark for my taste) – $10 cover and had $5 bottled water if I remember correctly (it’s been 2 weeks since my visit and I also hit various club so my memory is a bit hazy).

The club is a true dive that looks like it has not been remodeled since the 1980s. One even has to go thru a turnstile when entering the club – a turnstile in a strip club? – yeap. I was wondering if I needed to go thru the turnstile again upon leaving but there was actually a door by the entrance next to the turnstile that is used to exit.
