Satin Dolls is an interesting club....

Satin Dolls is an interesting club. It is a big place located right on a busy highway in N. NJ. It is in a safe area.

Inside, it is quite dark and there are a number of dancers on stage in the center of a huge room with others sitting on benches/ bar chairs around the stage. I actually thought the girls were fairly cute, especially for a weekday afternoon. I'd definitely say they were young, mostly 8s and 9s and quite a few who seemed to be college-aged. I was also surprised that most/ many were American, not the Russian/ Brazilian that you find in many NJ clubs.

The dances can take place for $ 20 each with good mileage on the main floor (in a semi-cordoned area) or for more privacy, upstairs in the VIP area where you are left alone and at least in this time of the day, no one else was partaking. Buyer beware it is quite expensive - $ 300 for half an hour which you pay up front to the house. Mileage can be great, though you may be asked to pay more to really have a good time.
