I have been to Tequila Sunrise...

I have been to Tequila Sunrise numerous times, so I am quite familiar with the layout of the club and its general atmosphere. On this particular occassion I stopped by for their famed Tequila Tuesdays where they offer $5 dances on an early evening. The club is kind of dark, so use your time at the cashier's to let your eyes get used to the lighting. There is a large stage towards the back of the club, with two smaller runway stages connected to the main large one. The stage is surrounded by small tables and chairs, a full bar in a seperate room to the left of the stage, and a small VIP area to the right of the stage. There are small loveseats that line the main stage area where lap dances take place for those not willing to venture into the VIP area.

I usually take a seat, order a beer, and scope the dancers before I decide to do anything. Tequila Sunrise has the most random dancers, so you never know exactly what you will see if you're not a regular customer. A piece of advice: some girls hate the discounted dances and will try to upsell you a better dance at the VIP. If you are patient and observe well, you will know that there are girls who do exactly what these girls offer at the VIP for the discounted price; just keep your eyes open. On this particular occassion, there were a few dancers I had seen before, but mostly new ones to the club. There were a couple 8's, a few 7's, and the rest were not even worth my time or my attention. I tend to tip the dancer who I am interested on stage and ask for a private dance to save myself the time of having to chase her around when she's walking the club. I selected my particular girls, had my dances (which were unbelievable by the way as the mileage ran high with these girls), stayed to finish my drinks, and departed. Overall, the club is good for the price. You never truly know what you're gonna get, so give it a try.
