I've been dancing for 4 years off and on and Pink Pony is the best club I have ever worked for. The management here treats you like gold. All are very friendly and really do look out for your best interest. They are very vigilant when you are in VIP and will put customers in line for you. So far as hiring, attire is anywhere from bikinis to gowns, and the best advice I can give is wear something original. Also in my experience a lot of customers are turned off by heavy makeup. They are also implementing a hiring rule where you cannot be over a size 9. Dances are an easy sell and are $10 each. You can touch the customer on his upper body but he cant touch you. Again, this is entirely at your discretion. You dont have to touch him at all if you dont want to. Stage tipping is fairly good, I can make anywhere from $10-$70 on a stage turn, it just depends who the clients are that evening. VIP rooms are possible to sell but it's a bit of a hustle. Most guys are fairly reluctant unless you can really charm them. Girls can charge pretty much whatever they like, but standard is $200 for a half an hour, $400 for an hour. The room fee is paid for by the customer and you keep all of your money. The real money making girls in here do not do any "extras". If you are caught doing "extra", you will more than likely be fired. House fee is $40 per evening, House Mom gets a minimum of $5, and your DJ fee is 10% of your earnings. I am under the impression that he has to give 50% to the house though. Some of the DJs are tempermental but Brian on night shift is awesome. All in all, I'd recommend it here. We have had many girls recently come from the Cheetah to work at the Pony and say they enjoy it a lot more, and make more money.
