I went to Henry's on Monday...

I went to Henry's on Monday as it was $10 dance day and that tends to be the best talent day for Henry's(otherwise it seems like Bogart's has better dancers, could be a location thing). The place is run-down and even the parking lot looks ratty. <br>

Paid a $5 cover and went in to a darkened club, with three stages, two small ones by the entrance and one big one in the center. The dancers were an interesting mix of black, white and latina, mostly in the 5 and 6 range but there were a couple of real lookers in the group and that is where I concentrated my efforts. I sat at the bar and watch the game for awhile and a couple of women came by to say hi. The first had a great rack, but her personality was very flat and uninspiring and I couldn't get interested no matter what I thought of the rack. A second woman came by sat down and put her legs in my lap and started a conversation. Her technique was a tad aggressive for my tastes and so I waited politely until she had to go on stage. Once she did that I immediately sought out a pretty Blonde who had called me over to her from the stage and had given a good stage dance for tips. I went ahead and decided to head to the VIP. I paid the $10 tax and we went back to a private, curtained booth(The old circular room of voyeurism is gone it seems). She started dancing and it was.....weird. Almost no grind but some biting on my ears and neck. Finally, she asked what we were doing and I quoted a request that she was amenable to. Some negotiating about the proper price ensued and I enjoyed the rest on our time back there. <br>

I've been to Henry's a couple of times and so far it seems the only good days to go are on Mondays. I wonder if Bogart's generally does better because it is on Michigan ave. Otherwise I'd avoid it as the dancer selection just does not seem very good otherwise. Still on Monday's it's worth checking out.
