Recently, there were some changes made by management that effect the rules and the payouts for the club. I think this is really disrupting the vibe of the club. The ladies aren't having as much fun while working, and that shows. It feels like the vibe is shifting from casual and fun to mercenary and all-business. Now in a club like Spearmint Rhino in Las Vegas, we can expect "mercenary and all-business." The club is beautiful, the girls are all 9s or 10s, there is always a crowd, the energy is high, etc. But this is the Player's Club in Baltimore and none of this applies. The girls here are at their best when they can be fun and friendly and make money in their own way -- especially when the club is not busy. <br>

In addition to all this, apparently costs for all the dances (regular or VIP) have been increased (in response to the new rules and payouts). Take these increased costs to the customers and combine that with everything else going on, and the Player's Club is starting to loose some of its luster. Maybe it's time to become a regular at a different club...
