Stopped by after a meeting in Columbia. Always clean and not to crowed in the mid afternoon for this visit. The usual dancers were there with some nice new additions. Sampled some of the newer dancers first and found that the quality was inconsistent. this is often the case with new dancers as they do not have the lay OF THE Land down yet. Then I switched over to the more familiar dancers and at least it was consistent contact. there ought to be an informal training staff development given, or at least a big sister approach type to get the newbies on board Several of the new dancers look promising and will examine on my next trip. Still loud, clean and friendly.
