I just wanted to come back and add a few things I have noticed over the last couple of months. I have purchased girls drinks several times and I've just been charged regular bar price, so if you buy a girl a drink it is not going to cost you $30 or something crazy like that. As someone else has posted, the $20 for 2 dancers are just as good or better than the $30 for 2 dancers. I recently broke my rule and got some dances at $30 for 2, followed by $20 for 2. Every time I go the $20 girls are just as good if not better than the more expensive girls. If you see THE girl you want to dance for you, I guess you will pay what she wants unless you can talk her down in price. If you are just going for dances from any number of the girls, go the cheaper route and either save money or get extra dances out of the deal.
