Paper moon is one of the best club is the greater DC AREA.<br>

Unfortunately that is not saying a great deal.. it is well know that this DC/MD/Va region has far too many restrictive rules that take the fun from this great hobby.<br>

With that said Paper Moon does strike a decent balance of nice quality while allowing a reasonable lap dance in the private room. <br>

As with most girls YMMV.. <br>

The private dances need to be pre-paid, which I hate. They are pretty expensive but with the right girl you can have a good time.<br>
