Before giving Clancy's a try, I heard and read a lot of great things about the place. I am happy to report that the positive reviews are all true and accurate. The bar is hard to spot in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Although there is no parking lot, we found on-street parking about a block away and it was an active Friday night. To start with, the staff are very friendly and one of the bouncers greeted us with friendly hello's and hand shakes. Just a great vibe as soon as you walk in. The patrons, dancers and barmaids are all energized and singing along to songs/etc. Most of the dancers are hot with a few mid-range 5/6's thrown in there. There is no dollar parade and you only tip if you want to. Lap dances are in a open room in the back on multiple sofas. But the room in very dark so that is a big plus. Dancers are all hot Brazilians so you get you money's worth. One reviewer put it best when he said the place is neighborhood friendly like Cheer's but if has go-go dancers mixed in to spice things up. I will definitely be back again later this week.
