Visited twice in a week, once...

Visited twice in a week, once on a weekday and once on a weekend night. Both nights were overall pretty fun. The weekday night was, as you might expect, quieter. Initially when we got there they only had one of the two stages running but girls danced for two songs. On the weekend night both stages were up and running and each girl danced on the "main stage" for one song and the "satellite stage" for one song. One unusual thing about platinum west compared to the other platinum clubs in Columbia is that its two stages are literally right next to each other and neither is actually larger than the other. If you like being able to see girls on an actual "satellite stage" that might be a drawback. Overall dancer quality was good. Good mix of ethnicities and body types. A couple of girls stood out nicely. Got a lap dance from one girl, it was only about $25, she got fully nude which is a bonus. It's dancers choice as to whether they get nude or not. BYOB beer or wine only, no liquor. And they charged a small fee for a bucket of ice for the beer. But I still appreciate being able to bring my own beer rather than having to pay ridiculous prices for bad beer at other clubs. The one really big negative (for me) was that the lighting in the club is really awful. Like most clubs it's dark, but platinum west has some of the most horribly placed strobe lights I've ever encountered. The lights flash constantly and directly in your eyes. It was actually uncomfortable and very distracting. If the club would fix the lighting (just direct the lights up a little more, guys!) the club would be really awesome.
