I went this past Sunday for the 2nd time in as many weeks. Tons of girls (varied ages, sizes, mostly black girls with a few Spanish sprinkled in) and multicultural crowd (saw a couple white guys and some Spanish dudes). I would recommend Sunday afternoons...
