This place blew my socks off. The dancers here are not as hot in comparison to Bourbon Street Circus, but in the average dancer. There are a few dancers at hi- liter that are hotter than most of the dancers at BSC. where BSC rate 7-9 on average with a a very rare 10, Hi liter dancers average 6-8 with a few 9. But on average, there are more 9's in Hi-liter than in BSC. So it's a matter of preference, but I think in general the hot girls in Hi - liter are overall better than the hot girls in BSC. Plus BSC has gone downhill as of late, They used to be a solid 7-9 but now its more like mostly 7s with the occasional 9.<br>

Ok with the dancer comparison out of the way in terms of hotness, lets say the HL wins hands down in terms of attitude. There are no stuck up girls at HL and will not hound you for a dance nor hustle you. In BSC a dancer will come up to you, not even a friendly greeting and asks immediately, "wanna dance?" I respect keeping bantering to a minimum but it's absolutely ridiculous, they've turned into robot hustlers at BSC and show blatantly that they don't give two shits about you.<br>

SO all in all I would vote HI-liter the best club in Phoenix area edging out BSC, mainly because of attitude which goes a long way. Not to mention the mileage at HL is amazingly higher than BSC.<br>
