Tampa is back. I'd delighted to be able to make this announcement.<br>

This may not be breaking news to some. But for me, it's a wonderful development. I get to this area 4-5 times per year. 10-15 years ago I would hit any number of Tampa clubs to relieve myself of a bit of money and a bit of.. uhh.. something else.<br>

Then there was a clampdown. I never heard why, but this area became a wasteland.<br>
