Went to Mardi Gras this past...

Went to Mardi Gras this past weekend with my wife and another couple to have a good time. The layout of the club is nice, although it seems to lack seating close to the bar without being at the bar. There are a few tables, but nothing substantial. The club had 3 separate bars. 2 of them were smaller and the 3rd was the stage as well. It was something I'd never seen before where the stage had trenches that the bartenders could bring drinks and obstacles the dancers had to hop over to move from "station" to "station". I like the concept, but hated how this particular one was set up. The entire stage is flat. There was no lower area to keep your drinks, meaning you were likely to have to move them in order for the dancer to get closer. Also, there's really no way to tip the dancer without risking the bartender thinking the tip is for her. Unless you just put your tip in the air, which I don't particularly care to do.<br>

Moving past the aesthetics, the girls were okay. Very little up top and not much booty. I felt disappointed by the selection considering it was a Saturday. Here's where the real problem came in. Only one girl really danced in front of us. She stuck around for a bit and then moved on. She was nice enough. On the other hand, one of the girls danced her entire set (3 songs?) in front of two guys. Another girl was basically soliciting LD's while on stage. Another girl completely passed by us and headed to another person at the bar. We got bored and left after about a 30-45 minutes. The cover charge for couples was pretty low, but it still wasn't worth it. We headed to Mario's and had a much better time.
