I visited Coliseum twice during my recent trip to the Detroit area: once on a Friday evening and once on a Monday afternoon. During the Friday visit, the club was pretty active, a lot of girls and a lot of guys seeming to have a pretty good time. However, as I stayed a while and observed, I could see that most of the girls were not the type that I would like to spend any time with. And since it was crowded, it was hard to get access to any of the others. I did finally get the attention of a little cutie with a strange name who I found out was from Albania. She was a little tipsy and very friendly and I consented to a couple of dances in the back. The dances were relatively tame. One-way touching only and only on top. Nothing else. That is and, for me, always has been the case at Coliseum. I read reviews of extraordinary mileage and even extracurricular activities, but I myself have never experienced it. It's probably true that the girls who offer that kind of service are the ones that I would not want to be with anyway. But who knows? The same thing happened on Monday afternoon. Even though it was mid afternoon, the place was rather active. I had one relatively nothing dance and left. For me, it's the same old Coliseum. <br>

There was one incident on Friday night that I thought was fascinating. As I was standing by the back bar watching the stage dancers, I saw a guy who was reaching into his pockets and grabbing handfuls of bills and throwing them at a dancer on the stage. And he kept doing that. Once in a while he would throw the money into the air and it would drift down on the stage and even on the floor. Some of the other guys with him would do the same from time to time. The dancer at first didn't do anything, but after the music stopped, she began eagerly gathering up the bills and was shoving them into a plastic bucket that she had with her. It was pretty full and she took it with her to her next station on the stage when the next song began. I have never seen anything like it. I would like to have seen the guy the next morning when he sobered up and found most or all his money gone.
