Drove by (after a disappointing visit...

Drove by (after a disappointing visit to another club) and was surprised to see a 1/3 full parking lot at 4:00 in the afternoon. Made a u-turn several blocks later to go back because I was curious. Had the club changed since my single visit several years ago? Took in scene. Large stage with a few poles and mirrored wall behind. Lounge chairs at stage and two rows of comfortable fabric lounge chairs with tables facing the stage. A nice bar on the wall opposite the entry with high bar chairs, not stools. A couch/bench area above and behind the two rows of lounge chairs and tables that was well appointed. I'm liking this place already. Comfortable. No one sitting at the stage, but the two rows of chairs and tables were 80% full and the bar was packed. Found a seat at a table at the end of "row 2" adjacent to the bar. Immediately, the gal waiting on tables came and asked if I wanted a drink. She had it back in seconds, a well scotch for the happy hour price of $3 + $2 for ice cubes. $5 isn't bad for a club. <br>

Now I finally can settle in and see what the talent is like. First gal I saw was a big breasted blond who was about to take off her top revealing breasts with no tape or pasties. Surprised, because, until today, I thought OZ was the only full-bar club getting away with that in Pinellas County. A mature brunette joined me (I hate it when they just sit down without asking) and asked the usual questions. But she made sure she told me the day shift was large, with 20-25 dancers. Nah, I'd say 10-12 dancers, still a very good number .... if the dancer quality is reasonable. And, it was, for me. I'm an older guy not hung up on the youth of dancers as long as they are attractive from the tops of their heads to the tips of their toes. To me, that means well made up, nice hair, on the slender side and breasts that aren't minuscule or deformed. (The one with small breasts had marvelously perky nipples.) I tipped every dancer who took off her top (2 of the 7 did not while I was there), and every one of them came to give me the cheek kiss and a thank you after her set. They are three song sets, with the next dancer coming on stage and just swaying near the mirror at the back of the stage during the third song of the current dancer. Left after 3 drinks and 1 hour. I will be back. <br>

Lap/private dances? Didn't have any this trip. Wanted to just case out the joint. However, after reading previous reviews (e.g. $20 w/$5 entry fee; negotiated; 15 min for $100; $20 for 1 or 3 for $50; 15 min for $90), I will definitely try out both my negotiation skills and a few of the gals the next time I go ... and it will be soon.
