I’ve read numerous review over the past few years praising the day shift experience at Cowboys, often naming specific dancers who are always portrayed as eager to please. I’ve tried to duplicate the described experiences twice over the past month but I’ve had no luck. Both times, I walked in, no one greeted me, I sat at the bar, ordered a beer, and sat there for over an hour without seeing any dancers approaching any customers. A few were in the showroom, but all they did was sit with men they obviously already knew. I tipped a couple of them onstage, but barely got a smile in return. Not sure what the problem is. Maybe I need to change my approach, but I think some effort by the dancers to welcome unfamiliar customers would be appropriate. Someone enlighten me on how to get a good Cowboys experience! On the other hand, I’ve had good luck on the evening.
