I have had a long relationship...
I have had a long relationship with the Locomotion. When it was in the old location it was the first club I went to oh so many years ago. So many good times back then. Running into my future father in law and buying him a lap dance so he would not tell my future wife. The amazingly beautiful and friendly blond that taught the naive 20 year old that it is ok to grab a handful in the VIP. The big fat stripper that my boys paid to dance for me. As a closet chubby chaser I did not mind. And the old cripple guy that used to sit in perverts row and bellow out the dancers names "EEEEEHHHHHHHHH CAAAAANNNNNDDDDYYYYY!" He was classic.
The New Locomotion has certainly lost some of that vibe that it had back then. Partly because I don't have the time to be a regular anymore. And partly I think that has happened across a lot of the industry as a new generation turn to the internet vs a private dance.
Having said that I have still had some good times at the New Locomotion. First off it is a very nice club from the out side. A fairly new building and a classy signage. You definitely don't feel like a low life going in. once in it is a typically dark club. One big room with small table, enough for 4 friends but can be pushed together for larger groups. A few small TVs either playing the game or porn hang near the stage. The stage itself is well lit with a few polls but not overly large. There are two VIP rooms on either side of the club that offer a decent amount of privacy from the main area. I have been in both and there is nothing special about either side, wherever the girls take you should be fine. There is a bar along the back wall and an expensive ATM machine. Get you cash before you come. There is a also a shower on a balcony one side of the bar. I have only seen it used once.
