I walked into DDs a little after 7pm on a Saturday evening. Based on other reviews, I was a little concerned that the place would be overrun with "gangsta'" trouble. It wasn't! The club was crowded but half the customers were Anglo and the rest evenly divided between either clearly Hispanic or Blank. There were few seats available, but I got lucky and found a table against the wall just as two guys left.<br>

The music was generally a good mix, but I felt there was a little too much ghetto rap. Service was surprisingly good, considering how crowded it was. Waitresses were attractive, polite, smiling and tried to be prompt. I was thanked every time when I tipped the waitresses. Furniture was all worn but usable. Lighting was bright enough to see and soft enough to provide the illusion of privacy. Stage lighting was adequate and I appreciated that there were no mini spots around the stage blinding me. The bathroom troll was polite and stayed in his corner by the sinks offering towels and a smile. Every tip got a, "thank you."<br>

I am guessing that there were between 35 and 50 dancers on shift while I was there. About half were white or light skinned Hispanic and the rest were black or darker skinned Hispanics. In conversations with several of them, I discovered three eastern Europeans, four from somewhere in Central or South America, and one from the Socialist State of New York (her words!). Many were heavily tatted, but a few were completely tat free. Most were under 25, including two that told me they were 19, and I saw none that I would guess at over 35. Overall the dancers ranged from a very few 6s, through mostly 7s and 8s, to a few solid 9s.<br>
