Here's the scoop from my point of view. The dancers are all 8's & above, but that is the only saving grace. Parking sucks, the $20 cover is way too steep, the place is small and there is no atmosphere to unwind and get caught up in. Definitely (and I have to say it again because they are are top notch in the looks department) the dancers are better looking than most clubs, but it is simply a LD factory - along the walls with everybody checking to see if they should go with the dancer you are with.

There are many other clubs out there (like the Flight Club in Detroit) that have dancers that are great looking, but also have a club personality, private dance areas, and a lot more mileage. On the plus side though, go with a lot of extra money to burn and experience Mons as the dancers are really hot.
