I keep hearing good things about...

I keep hearing good things about this club, but it never seems to work out for me. I went here last month (sorry for the late review) while in town on business. They apparently had a feature dancer who I never heard of and who honestly isn't as attractive as many of the dancers I have seen around town at other clubs. But she was good on the pole and apparently won some type of competition. I arrived a little after 9 p.m. on a Thursday and the club was rather crowded. I guess she brought them in. <br>

I had trouble finding a table and ended up sitting at the stage. After sitting back I ordered a beer and the feature was suddenly on stage. Anyway, I was not impressed. There were a couple of guys at one end who were "making it rain" which meant the dancer was not giving anyone any specific attention, as the stage was literally covered with bills, in some places inches deep. Is this a common occurrence at the Rhino? Does this really happen anymore? I thought this died in the 90's. I personally despise the make it rain thing- I tip well at the stage, trust me, but it seems demeaning to me, as much as such a thing can be demeaning to a woman dancing naked on stage. <br>

Most of the stage had other dancers seated, so it was pretty much me and the two guys making it rain at the other end. I guess I was looking for something a bit more intimate. I walked around looking for a chance to talk to a dancer, any dancer, but it was just the wrong evening. <br>
