I made a quick trip to NJ recently and thought I would visit my ol’ stopping grounds. I was actually going to stop in GoGo Rama but the parking lot was packed. This was Friday at about 9pm. So I kept on going down 35 and hit The Den. I was a big customer of the old Delilah’s Den and dropped $1,000’s there. I hadn’t been to the new place by the river but with all those happy memories I thought I would give it a shot. <br>

What a MISTAKE!<br>

When I arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty, first clue for a Friday night. I paid my $15 plus tip and took a seat at the bar. There were 4 customers, me and two other guys at the bar and some guy in the corner in a chair. I asked for a water and $7 later got what must have been the best bottle of water ever made but I couldn’t tell, another bad sign.<br>
