Had a little time on my hands so I dropped in to Desire on a Tues afternoon. It's been about 7 months since my last visit, and it looks like somebody spent some money on the place. First of all, there is an actual paved parking lot. The exterior still looks the same by the interior has been really renovated. New furniture, carpet and walls with day-glo artwork, better lighting. Very nice! The installed a couple TVs at the stage so they can play MTV videos with the music. Cool! So if the dancer doesn't do much for you, you can watch the screen. They had about 6-8 girls this particular time, but I was told that there is no real schedule for the dancers, so some days may be slower than others. This day there were some plus-sized girls and not much to interest me except a tall blonde with almost no ass, and a really tall redhead. Most of the girls were busy with regulars, but I did hit up a conversation with Jenn, a very friendly young lady with flaming red hair and some tats. We talked about the VIP room, which also underwent a thorough renovation. I was sorely tempted to take her up on her offer, but she was not really what I was looking for. I was kicking myself afterwards for declining her offer, so I may go back and give her a try. Overall, a pleasant visit, no high pressure, and, oh yeah, $3 tequila shot and $3.50 Stella draughts. Worth a visit!
