Penthouse club is, in my opinion, the best strip club in the St. Louis area. Right across the river from downtown. Usually about a $10 cover to get in. Fridays and Saturdays the place is pretty packed, they usually have two girls on the main stage, and then 2 other stages. On other less busy nights, usually just the main stage open, but they will open a second stage if it is busy. Girls are definitely the hottest of any of the clubs. Very friendly, but won't hound you either. Great private dances, you won't be disappointed! $40 per private dance. Drinks are expensive, but what do you expect? And if you are bored, the admission ticket also gets you into PT's Sports Cabaret for free, just around the corner. Parking lot is safe and monitored, club is safe. It is located right next to Pop's, a major music venue, and Oz, a big dance club. The rest of the immediate surrounding area is mostly industrial.
