The afternoon is the best time...

The afternoon is the best time to go if you are into maximimum value. Clubs in NYC are VERY expensive but Private Eyes is not too bad if you go before 4pm. Cover is free if you have one of the free entry flyers that are handed out on every corner in Times Square. Drinks are 2 for 1 until 4pm as well (Two beers were $11 - regularly $11 each). There were only two customers (including me) during my 90 minute visit. Nice mix of hot girls (Eastern Europena, Danish, Asian, African American). I got several dances from three different girls and they were all very good mileage for NYC. Highly skilled in what they are doing! Dances were reasonably priced at $20. A couple girls did make the hard sell for the champaign room. I was quoted $300 for 30 minutes and the world was promised. Always a good time during the 11am-4pm hours. At night, the prices go up and the number of customers make it a little less appealing.
