First visit to Casa Diablo, just...
First visit to Casa Diablo, just too curious about the "vegan" strip club hook. Friday afternoon was pretty quiet with maybe 6 or so dancers and lots of seating available. The staff was friendly and I immediately had my eyes on the bartenders in their sunken bar and wait staff, who seemed much cuter than the dancers, who were not as much my type. Sat with a drink and a few two dollar bills to watch the show and tipped a few times when I liked what I saw.
Over several rotations I had some attention from the dancers but not in an overly aggressive way. Had some pleasant conversations with a couple of them, but most enjoyed interacting with a very cute waitress, as she came by to check my drink: nice smile, long reddish blond hair and very cute. We started chatting after a half hour or so, and she mentioned that the waitresses and bartenders may do private dances (unlike most other clubs, apparently). Picking up on that, I decided to take her to the back room to see what that was like.
One significant disappointment to note was the fact that the daily special, a three for the price of two, did not apply towards the wait staff/bartenders. Combined with the steep cost of dances at $40 per, I don't think I would come back to CD as there are a lot of other unexplored options available in PDX. After learning this fact before we entered the back room, I briefly considered bailing, but was too into this girl to reverse course.
