As far as Block clubs go, the surroundings for LDs is a cut above the rest. They really spent their remodel money wisely. The place looks clean and upscale... at least by Block standards. The downside is that since they're owned by the Hustler club, they try the same nickel & dime tactics in that they're one of the few clubs that charges a cover. The upside is that the charge is pretty low and so are the drink prices. There were not many girls on shift which was surprising for a Saturday night. And the girls on shift, were not really night shift quality. Way too many skinny 4s walking about. The saving grace for this club is found in the back private area. They seem to be slowly getting back to the good old Flamingo days. If they can step up the number and quality of girls, this place has the potential to be one of the best clubs on the block.
