Around the downtown area during the day, I decided to venture out to Washington Park for the first time. The area lived up to the reputation of the other TUSCLers' reviews. But it being one of the first few days after winter where it wasn't < 30 degrees, it was hard not to enjoy the day with the windows down. Pulling into the parking lot, the gravel was annoying and the building looked in a bit of bad shape. No cover to pay, and the door was propped open with clear view of the outside. This dampened the mood inside quite a bit, as well as the need to pay the jukebox to hear songs. Didn't realize how quiet the club can get. Only about 1-2 other patrons there at the time, and 3-4 girls there. First one to approach me looked under some sort of influence and I was immediately regretting my time there.<br>

Sipping on my beer, I figured this drive was a waste until I was approached by H. Not the most attractive, but attitude and positivity seemed to pick up my afternoon. Conversation really flowed, and I found myself having a few dances. Would recommend as long as you know what you're getting yourself into when you come to WP.
