[this review will be a combination of a late afternoon and evening visit in the same day]

INTRO:

Although I am a white Hispanic guy; I mostly visit all-black clubs and have hit all the black clubs in So. FL from West Palm down to near Homestead with the exception of the newly opened Club 54 in Lauderhill and The Office Falls by South Miami (Office Falls used to be Kisses which I did visit once â€“ and prior to it being Kisses it was Playhouse Miami).

I visit Foxxy Lady from time to time but itâ€™s not on the top of my rotation â€“ although I like variety and hitting different clubs; there are a few clubs I visit more than others.

Foxxy Lady has traditionally seemed to me to be kinda a local neighborhood type place â€“ not a party type SC that gets custies from all over â€“ itâ€™s usually pretty laid back.

Most of my previous visits to Foxxy Lady have been nighttime visits â€“ I visited the club a few months ago during an afternoon and only noticed 3 or 4 dancers and the 2 better looking ones were locked down â€“ so I only stayed a few minutes during that visit and bailed.

I had been meaning to check out the Foxxy Lady dayshift one more time so I went by around 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday 5/7/14. There was no cover and free parking during dayshift and I had a Heineken for $3. I was there from 6:15 â€“ 8:15 pm â€“ went home and came back around 10:30 pm â€“ nightshift was $10 cover; free parking; and had a bottled water for $4. The club has parking around itâ€™s perimeter but I believe one has to pay; at least at night; to park around the perimeter of the club. There is free parking across the small side street the club in on which is where I usually park.

CLUB LAYOUT:

Foxxy Lady is a small black club in the SE corner of NW 79 st and 18th ave. Itâ€™s not the best area but Iâ€™ve visited there for a few years and never had an issue (Iâ€™m a pale white dorky-looking Hispanic guy) â€“ so itâ€™s not as if you are going to be mugged or assaulted on your way from parking your car to the clubâ€™s entrance.

The club is small and divey and was pretty runned down in the past; but they have given it a facelift over the last 2 years or so and now it looks more presentable. About a year or 2 ago they paved the parking lot across the street where it used to be gravel and also freshened up the interior a bit. On this visit; I noticed they had added more and bigger flatsceen TVs; and they redid the tiny 2nd stage in the corner diagonally across the main stage. Canâ€™t really recall b/c I donâ€™t visit this club often; but I thought there was a tiny 2nd stage but never used; the 2nd stage is def redone b/c I had not really noticed it b/f â€“ itâ€™s similar to the ones @ Secrets â€“ i.e. itâ€™s basically a an open small platform with bright white flooring raised of the floor a foot or 2 and has a pole. This tiny 2nd stage was not being used on this eve â€“ some dancers would get on it occasionally just to entertain themselves or practice their routine.

The club is basically one room the size of a large houseâ€™s living room â€“ i.e. not too big. When one walk into the main room; the bar and stage are to oneâ€™s right. There are a few small, low, circular tables with low chairs; and a few (3 or so) high top tables against the wall opposite the bar/stage (I prefer the high-top tables and wish they had more of them â€“ the high-tops are usually taken up quickly).

There are a couple of stools barside and a pool table at the opposite end of the entrance. The bathrooms are past the pool table on the opposite wall to the entrance. Bathroom is tiny and has an â€œattendantâ€ from time to time.

The stage is small and rectangular and raised off the floor by about 3 ft and has access on 3 sides with the backside being connected to the bar â€“ there is usually only 1 dancer on stage. The club is pretty laid back and normally I donâ€™t see much stage tipping nor stage â€œrain-showersâ€.

I believe there is one VIP room but Iâ€™ve never used it nor have I hardly ever been propositioned the VIP room @ Foxxy Lady â€“ most dancers seem to be hustling just to get dudes to buy $5 dances and are content when they can sell some.

DANCERS:

There were maybe 5 or 6 dancers when I arrived around 6:15 pm. They were young and slim/in-shape with nice bods. When I came back around 10:30 pm; there may have been maybe 10 dancers â€“ not a lot but sufficient for this club which is small; does not have a huge crowd; and not a lot of dudes buying dances thus tying up dancers.

I was there until about 8:15 pm and b/w 7 and 8 noticed a couple of more dancers walking in. I left around 8:15 and came back around 10:30 pm.

Most dancers at Foxxy Lady to *me* donâ€™t look like career strippers â€“ they look young and in shape; not worn out hoodrats; for the most part. I ended up leaving the club around midnight and noticed various dancers calling it a night â€“ so it seems that they â€œmayâ€ be young girls that either go to school during the day or have day jobs? I actually noticed more of a vibe @ the club around 8:00 pm on this Tu eve than I did when I came back around 10:30 pm (there were actually more custies around 8 than 10:30 â€“ though I imagine this is not the case on weekend eves).

Dances are $5 at your table with good 2-way contact â€“ since floor dances are technically considered table dances and not lap dances; many/most of the girls will go full nude and some more conservative ones will keep their bottoms on. Itâ€™s as good a value of one can find - $5 dances with good 2-way contact and full nudity (girls will grind on you pretty good and allow roaming hands) â€“ this is the M.O. in most Miami black clubs btw.

As I mentioned earlier; most of the dancers were young; fit, and in good shape â€“ I only noticed one slightly chubby one but she was just a bit chubby; not obese by any means and had some nice fat titties. I saw maybe 2 or 3 that were too skinny for my taste â€“ although they had nice trim figures w/ barely any fat; they didnâ€™t have much titties nor butts (whereas I tend to likeâ€™m on the thick side). But most of the dancers were slim but still curvy with some ass and some nice firm titties.

As I mentioned earlier; this club is kinda laid back and some dancers approach custies and some just sit there. As I mentioned; most are young and donâ€™t look like hardcore career strippers; so they may be a bit shy or have not developed their hustle.

Dancers do a tip-walk after their stage set â€“ this is rare in most black Miami SCs and was not the case in the past @ Foxxy but I started noticing it a few months back. I usually donâ€™t like tip-walks; although it does allow you a chance to meet the dancers and get some lappers as a result if you wish. Since there are not that many dancers; dancers do extended stage sets of multiple songs; so itâ€™s not as if there is a dancer doing a tip-walk after every song so itâ€™s not so bad â€“ not sure about weekend nights but in my past experiences; even on weekend nights Foxxy is not flush with dancers and dancers often to multiple-song stage sets.

CONCLUSION:

Foxxy Lady is a neighborhood type of SC â€“ not very flashy nor a big party atmosphere â€“ itâ€™s actually pretty laid back.

Itâ€™s pretty small as many black clubs are but has a good amount of parking right across the side street of the club. It has gotten a face lift over the last year or two and subsequently the dancer talent IMO has improved â€“ dancers are young; in shape; and have nice demeanors for the most part (no hood rats w/o manners from my personal experiences). It seems that with the club facelift; more emphasis (or at least some emphasis) has been placed on dancer quality.

The dances are as good a value as one can find @5/song with nudity and good 2-way contact â€“ and although I did not time them; the songs did not seem cut too short nor cut/mixed-in at any ole time as has been the case in the past at many Miami black clubs.
[Side rant: not so much now â€“ but in the past; at many of the Miami black clubs; the DJ would act as if he was DJing in a South Beach dance club or at a block party â€“ i.e. he would mix in a new song whenever he felt like it apparently just b/c he thought it sounded good but of course fucking it up for the custy buying a dance b/c the custy would never know what length song he would be getting when buying a dance â€“ you could get anywhere from a 30 second song; to a 1 minute song; to a 1.5 minute song; and occasion a 2:30 or 3 minute song â€“ b/c I like getting lots of dances; cut songs are my #1 pet peeve and thus have a significant impact on the value I am getting for my money spent â€“ and why now I make it a point to pay attention to song length and even time them with my cell ph so I wonâ€™t feel like Iâ€™m getting gypped â€“ I used to get pissed when a dancer would have been dancing for me for 2 or 3 minutes and tell me we were already at song #4; wtf â€“ I used to complain about this song-cutting shit in my reviews all the time but lately I have not had much of an issue in most of my Miami black club visits w.r.t. this]

In conclusion; if you like black dancers that are young and in good shape and not ghetto; then you may have a good time @ Foxxy (and your $$$ will def go a long way) â€“ but the club does not have a real fun vibe nor a plethora of dancers prancing about â€“ an ok time can be had but not necessarily a blast.

Some of the cons of the club:
+ small and not much seating (although I usually can get a seat b/c the club is usually not too full) â€“ also â€“ many dancers are just sitting around and taking up the good seats from the custies which can and should be sued for the custies to get dances and not for the dancers just to sit and pass the time
+ the speakers are set/attached low on the wall so in certain areas; the music is uncomfortably blasting loudly right above your head
+ I tend to like thick dancers with BIG asses (da bigger da better) â€“ most dancers here are natural (didnâ€™t notice fake tits nor asses) and slim although they have nice bods IMO â€“ but they donâ€™t have enough thick ones per my personal tastes - Iâ€™m also not that much into young; inexperienced; a bit bashful; dancers â€“ I like the freaks with no or few boundaries â€“ Foxxy dancers tend to be young and not hardcore for the most part but still give a pretty good grind and allow decent groping
+ Dances done in the main room and there are no little corners where one can have more privacy â€“ there will almost always be someone sitting right next to you or very nearby and there are no spots that are not visible from anywhere in the club
