This club is way out on...

This club is way out on the west side, near the Javits Center. I assume they get convention crowds, but not this night. I went mostly because adult film star Rachel Starr was appearing. Admission was $20. There was a mandatory coat check, but they didn't charge me anything. When you walk there's a bar then a big area with individual chairs on wheels and small stage at the front. There seemed to be VIP tables to the sides of the stage. There are elevated areas to the sides of the main seating area that were for lap dances. There was never more than one girl on stage at a time, and often the girls wouldn't come when called, so a lot of times there was no one there. The girls on stage mostly just stood around anyway. Pretty terrible as far as stage shows go. The way it's set up it's almost impossible to tip them, so I can't blame them for not trying too hard on stage.

Hardly any girls seemed to actually be interested in selling dances. A few did come up to me. I ended up taking one up on the offer. She took me to elevated lap dance section. It has a divider so it's semi-private from the rest of the club, but not from other people getting dances. The dance was solid contact, but definitely one way touching. It definitely felt like a keep your hands at your side kind of place. $20 per song, and it didn't seem the DJ was cutting songs short. There were also dancers giving lap dances in the main seating area at times. I'm not sure why. There were a few pretty hot girls. But no one really jaw dropping and lots of average looking girls.

The absolute worst part of the club was that the DJ wouldn't shut up. Every 6 second he yelled out something inane, usually "headquarters Saturday night, Let's go!" Every time he talked it cut off the music and disrupted what little rhythm the stage dancer had.
