This is definitely not the club to go to for lots of interaction. Unless you're local, it can take a long time to catch a girl's attention, and then, will it be a girl you even want to talk to? If I want to do this much work to talk to a chick who isn't that hot, I might as well go to a crappy bar. Now, don't get me wrong, there are some lookers, and they are half naked sometimes, but really, my money and time are better spent somewhere else.
