The layout of the club has been discussed in great detail already and nothing has really changed since my last visit. I heard the seats along the wall are now $25/song while the inner seats are $20/song for lap dances. So I stayed away from the wall seats. Dances appeared identical so I can't figure out why anybody would sit along the wall. Anyway, several decent looking girls with a few average looking girls. Lots of variety which is nice. The VIP area still sucks which really hurts this club, but the girls can be pretty fun in VIP. A really cute asian spinner sat in my lap and started a nice conversation. She wasn't pushy at all for dances and was more than happy to hang around and chat. I suggested VIP eventually and she was more than happy to join me. Excellent time in VIP. I wish I could remember her name, but I can't. I'm looking forward to another trip to Phoenix in the future and will be sure to stop by the HiLiter again. I recommend this place for its laid back attitude and friendly girls.
