I went to Monarch's about a week ago, just to check out the whole Industry club scene. It's a very small club located in a strip mall, so parking is ample. The area seemed relatively safe neighboring a bar and some small restaurants. It was pretty late when I arrived so there was a cover of $8. The guy working the front desk let me know that going in an out is permitted, probably because they don't allow phone use inside the club. The club is extremely clean, with a nice ambiance. The music wasn't too loud or hood like the other clubs I frequent which is nice from time to time.

I sat down immediately and watched a few dances. There isn't a huge roster of girls, but they're all on the floor working PLs for dances. I was first approached by an Indian dancer, but declined. The second dancer that approached me was a well built Latina, C or D cup rack, nice ass, long blond hair. She sat on my lap and talked with me for a few minutes, telling me about pricing for topless, nude, VIP ($15, $30 and VIP $75 for 15 minutes). I decided to take her VIP and she gave me the option of paying before or after the dance, just in case I felt like tipping a little extra. She definitely knew how to work it, and gave me a nice sensual dance. She's quite a grinder and let my hands roam free up top, just no touching of the nipples. She liked to talk, which isn't a problem for me but I know some PLs don't wanna hear girls talk. Overall, I thought she gave a great dance.

I was satisfied with my experience at Monarchs and I'd definitely come back. Safe location, clean with a great ambiance, and good dance prices. I usually don't get all three at other clubs.
