Went to Big Al's on a...

Went to Big Al's on a Tuesday night a few weeks ago with some buddies that were in the area for business. I would say the best part of the night was the ride over from the Embassy Suites (the driver gave us free passes to get in...can't beat free!!!)

This was the first time that any of us had been to the new location and I understand why their are complaints about the new building. When you get inside, you feel as if you are in a warehouse. The place is so big, it is slightly uncomfortable. Maybe the place is filled on a Friday or Saturday night and this is not as big of a deal. On good thing that the place has going for them is the lighting. I hate being in a club that is so dark, you can't see what is in front of you. Additionally, it gives you a better look at the dancers on and off the stage.

I wish I could report about the private area, but it was hard to get the attention of any of the dancers when they left the stage. One dancer walked by with a t-shirt and one of my buddies grabbed her to ask about the shirt and how he could get one. She told him that the club had a deal, and if anybody would buy two lap dances, they would get a t-shirt. Before he could say something, she left (I guess she wasn't in the mood to give a lap dance). As for the dancers, there were 8 or 9 girls dancing most of the night and I would say most were in the 5 to 7 range (nothing bad, but nothing really great).
