Was in the area and decided to stop by Monarch's to wait out trqaffic. Admission was cheap, 8 or so including you first beverage. Nice decor but relatively empty of PL's which I like. Dancers ranged from 5's to about 8's. Small stage with a smaller second stage which wasn't in use. Dances are in a separate area from the main floor with constant specials being called about every 30 minutes. VIP's are 75 for 15 minutes in a pretty private area. Got a couple of regular dances and they were just fine. Went into the VIP and had a great time with a Latina spinner. Will definitely be back!
