First time in the area, I had some time shortly after landing at the airport. So I decided to do a little reconnaisance, and make plans for the next few weeks. This part of the St. Louis area has a well-established reputation. I had to see for myself.

PT's is remarkably nice on the inside, compared to how it looks as you drive up. I stepped up to the bar, ordered a beer, and immediatly was asked by several reasonably attractive dancers whether I wanted company. Nobody was offended when I said I planned to chill for a while.

Shortly thereafter, a fairly elderly gent arrived, wearing basketball shorts. Since it was no more than 40 degrees outside, it was clear what his attire signified. He was pounced on by two young lovelies, who took him to a table at the perimiter. Their hands became very active in no time.
