I don't know what time the cut off is, but there is a $5 cover if you come late. The drinks are reasonably priced for a strip club. Just like all other Virginia Beach clubs, this is a bikini club. Lots of good looking women though. They'll come up and talk to you after their show if you tip them. There is a dance platform on the side where they can give you a one on one pole/stage dance. I don't know if there is a minimum for that or if it varies by girl.
