Was in Nashville on Saturday night...

Was in Nashville on Saturday night so decided to check out this club, despite my understanding of the shortcomings of Nashville clubs. The club was pretty crowded that night, almost to the point of making walking around difficult (it doesn't help that the main room is kind of narrow). Noticed a fair amount of rednecks, but reasoned I didn't come for the fellow customers. The girls are the highlight of this club -- some of them are absolutely smoking. Blondes and brunettes, spinners and more natural types, bolt-ons and those who came with what God gave 'em, the variety and quality were very good this evening. Where this club fails was monetary value. I'm no penny-pincher, but jeez. I think the cover was $30, which is the highest I have paid, I believe. Then around the stages is a moat where you could not approach the dancer even if you wanted to. I inquired about VIP and was quoted $180 for 15 minutes. I even repeated it back because I couldn't believe it based on the types of dances that I understood one could get. I confirmed that even that was pretty much an air dance. WTF? Sorry, I think not. Even if I was feeling flush I'd have to reject that on basic principle. Took off after only about 45 minutes and my return is highly, highly unlikely.
