Stopped in at LD on Saturday...

Stopped in at LD on Saturday night. They charge $16 cover for locals now instead of $11. This club is very hit or miss, always has been, you can have an amazing time once then the next 2 or 3 times feel cheated. Girls all quote their own prices for standard lapdances which is the biggest downer of this place. LD's management has posted signs in every table / bed dance booth in large font that basically reads, "each lapdance is $20 per song, if dancer charges you more let the manager know". I thought that was progress and was happy to see it. But then I would get chatting with a dancer, lapdance would get brought up and I'd say sure let's go, it's $20 per song right?... But each girl would still have a different reply, some said no I only do them for $40, others said $30, one girl told me OK yes $20, we got back there and she proceeded to dance for me beside the bed and never got on me or my lap. She said $40 to get on the table / bed, I told her that was bullshit and I walked out of the booth, she protested and I told the security guy what pricing game she was playing and he said don't worry about it. I ended up finding one dancer that was down to earth towards the end and I told her if she did the normal $20 per song and gave me a good dance I'd tip her. She gave a solid 3 song dance for $60, I gave her $80. This club could be really good if the constant fluctuations in price wasn't always on your mind, it's a real mojo killer when you hit it off good and then she surprises you with her own annoying pricing structure, then you have to haggle with her and by that time the dance isn't going to be worth it, it's been tainted. This is the only club I've experienced this in so frequently. You'll get this in other clubs with the 30 min or 1 hour VIP pricing, but not the standard lapdance price.

Also worth mentioning, there was a guy walking in when I was walking out wearing a Kilt / skirt! Haha no idea if he had anything under it, but they let him in the club to my surprise. What an innovator, I didn't see if he convinced girls to go back for bed dances with him like that.
