Note: Our investigation uncovered that most of the virtually all white staff of Managers and renegade bouncers are active in the Hells Angels and Aryan Brotherhood. Another interesting fact is patrons are allowed to bring in their own alcohol of any type, in any container and no limitations are imposed. The local area residents and business owners have repeatedly called on county and state politicians and law enforcement agencies to close this establishment due to the alleged illegal sex acts, drug dealing and patron assault by "Bouncers " with felony records and bullying tactics employed. A case in point involves an alleged violent attack on a well known Attorney from NY (lawsuit filed and pending) by the management & bouncer staff which left the patron with permanent physical damage to his body do to a savage beating by same staff outside after ejecting the patron. Additional repeat investigations inside reveal that probable and alleged drug dealing and a money laundering operation is operating as a criminal enterprise. Undercover agents routinely visit this club, obtain pay-for-sex solicitations and record said alleged criminal activity by accessing the clubs wireless network and video cameras in addition to concealed recording devices to capture video and audio in the front and back office operations. With the new laws and statutes enacted in SC and Horry County on or about March 2014, sources indicate that a "take down " by State and Federal agencies is expected within 65 days from March 01, 2014. This is from a reliable insider, but is only verifiable as rumor at this time, but given the number of complaints and public filings obtained would lead a rational person to believe it is accurate, especially with the audio and video evidence obtained during discovery motions for pending and settled lawsuits. Again, because the club does not "sell" alcoholic beverages, they are able to operate in a legal business, however they clearly red- line the laws of SC by knowingly turning a blind eye with regard to illegal and known criminal enterprise and sex-for-money activities, (Alleged). Recommend that this venue not be visited due to the potential risks associated with this semi hidden building, lack of lighting in adjacent parking lots and a management staff that can only be described by this reviewer as psychopathic. Again, an opinion at this time. In general, the club lacks atmosphere, serves no visible food or alcoholic beverages. It is a depressing, dirty club, with too much demonstrated baggage and trouble. Derriere's Club of Myrtle Beach, SC be skipped, since there are several clubs nearby that run a solid and professional operation, whereby customers are NOT exposed to potential crime and psychopathic behavior by the Hells Angels. Note: Two heavily armed, bullet proof vested Horry County Sheriffs greet the clients near the front entrance. A full body "airport like" body scanner must be cleared upon entering this less than desirable club. It appears that do to financial obligations and upcoming lawsuits, the establishment will be closed down, sold or most likely file for bankruptcy.
