Two friends of mine and I took a little roadtrip for my birthday. Off to West Virginia for the casino and hit some strip clubs. This was the second stop we made so two of us were fairly drunk by the time we got there. Club appears a little shady from outside. I paid the cover for all of us. Pretty sure it was five dollars a piece. When I walked in I immediately noticed no one was dancing and it appeared that every girl there was hanging all over few people that were there. The doorman was also the bartender. I walked straight to the bar to get a beer and some singles. I gave the bartender a hundred and ordered the beer and the one's. I was standing at the bar in between what looked like a couple of regulars. The bartender asked how many one's I wanted and I said all the change from the beer. My friend did the same. The bartender appeared very happy that we wanted to spend some money and called for one of the girls to head to the stage. We went over to the stage and started tipping the girl. Pretty attractive, well built, brunette. She seemed to be having a good time considering no one else was at the stage. I was about halfway through my beer when my sober, designated driver friend leaned over and asked it we trusted him. We of course said yes and he replied,"finish your beer and we need to leave now". Now I've only been there for about fifteen minutes and I really don't want to leave but hey, you have to trust your friend's judgement. After leaving the parking lot he explained that he had overheard quite a bit of talk coming from the bar. The regulars there were not at all happy that we had come in and started throwing money around. The bartender told the guys to shut up, that's what the girls work for. But evidently that didn't sit well with five or six of the regulars and they continued to talk shit between themselves. I understand my friend wanting to leave since his only help was going to be two drunk friends.<br>

I do want to go back sometime because it looks like the kind of small cozy place that I like. When I return I will be sober and see if the same happens. The outcome may be completely different.
