While the atmosphere at Roxxanne's is great, beware going on a Monday. Especially if you are a girl wanting to enter in the amateur night.

I was at Roxxanne's tonight like I always do on Mondays (love the amateur girls) but tonight was the second time I have witnessed something fishy going on with the competition. (Hearing rumours it is rigged and starting to believe them)

The competitions are based on loudness and the girl who had the most cheering didn't even place. In fact, a girl who had the crowd positively snoring ended up winning the first place prize. I won't be going back on a monday for a while.
