While diverted off the highway due to traffic, I passed by this place and stopped in for a drink. A hole-in-the-wall bikini bar. The room was pretty large and was dominated by a large square bar with a single stage in the middle. A pool table off to the side always seemed to be in use.

It was the early evening hours and I was surprised that it was almost half-filled; definitely a local’s type place. There were 2 dancers finishing up the early shift, and 3 or 4 getting ready to start the late shift. From what I could gather in one visit, it seemed like the day girls are on stage 30 minutes at a time. I guess if the girl is attractive, it’s a non-issue, but if you’re not into the entertainment it could be a looooong 30 minutes. Good thing there’s a few TV’s around the bar to divert your attention when needed. The dance sets of the evening girls seemed to be a preferably shorter 15 to 20 minutes. During each set, the girl on stage would collect singles 2 or 3 times, and the girls off stage did not collect at all. This slower dollar parade was a nice breather from the fast paced ones I’m used to, and would let someone spend some time here relaxing without being forced to run out the door in 30 minutes after quickly burning through all their cash. I paid for my beer with a $20, and left after an hour with plenty of change to tip the bartender with.

The dancers ranged from 4 to 7 during this visit, with the evening crew bringing up the average. I would have gotten a lap dance with 1 or 2 of the girls, however not a single girl offered. Normally, I would have written this off to being the unknown face in the crowd, however, I didn’t see any of the locals go for a dance either, and I also didn’t see any lap dance room.
