I am a long-time regular of Flashdancers and I have seen it at it's best and worst. At the moment, I think it is as good as it has ever been. My last visit was Wednesday, in the early afternoon. The club has been renovated recently, and it looks the part as a classy, mid-town gentleman's club. It is clean. It is dark. It is just right. Drinks are two-for-one until mid-afternoon, and they will pour you two decent drinks for your $16.00, at least my Dewars was $16.00. They own the restaurant upstairs too, so I believe there is food available, but I wasn't there for food.

The girls are great at Flashdancers. There were at least 10 dancers, before 1:00 on a Wednesday, and there was a shape and size girl for nearly every taste. The majority of the girls are from overseas; plenty from Russia and Ukraine, South and Central America. But, I met a girl from Rhode Island "named" Gabby, who was fascinating and stunning. We chatted with no hard sell and then I had three lap dances.

Lap dances are done in a slightly more secluded, and even darker, alcove away from the main stage. Contact is always above average at this club and I had a great time with this girl. I have no doubt a trip to the Champagne room would be worth it, at even the NYC rates, and I am certain a visit with that trip is in my future. As I mentioned, it was the middle of the day, so I ran out of time too soon. In addition to the Champagne room there is a totally private option which is astronomically priced. (in my opinion) I am not saying don't go that way if you are inclined, but be certain you are with a girl who is worth it. I speak from experience on that, positive and negative, but not on this trip.
