After frequenting The Choice for a...

After frequenting The Choice for a few years, I followed my ATF to Rick's. Located in downtown Minneapolis at the site of the former Buns & Roses, Rick's has done wonders with the place. Daytime cover charge was $6 and for that I got entry to the club and a free lunch of walleye, asparagus spears and cheesecake. All, surprisingly good. (Note: My second visit was mid-afternoon. No cover charge.) The girls at Rick's are okay, but have nothing on the girls at The Choice. They do have a dress code (for the girls) here and things seem to be more "by the book" (which can be good or bad, depending on what you're looking for). Tuesday is lingerie day. Other days a dress is required. Dances can be had at your table or on couches set up in a semi-discreet corner of the room for $20 per song. There is also a "Harem" area behind the couches. It's basically couches with room dividers between them. I have yet to visit them -- but they didn't look all that private. Rate, my ATF says, is $80 for 30 minutes, plus tip. Her standard tip was $150. All in all, I missed the intimacy and flying-by-the-seat-of-our-pants casualness at The Choice. But the surroundings are classier here. The food puts Deja Vu's lunch buffet to shame. The prices were lower than I expected. And there's at least one girl there who can rock your world.
